Where Tuzidi provides technology on behalf of third parties, operational responsibility for business services, transactions, or content may rest with the respective service provider or organization using the platform.

5. User Accounts

Where accounts are required:

• Users are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality;
• Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts;
• Tuzidi must be notified immediately of unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, content, trademarks, and technology developed or provided by Tuzidi remain the intellectual property of Tuzidi or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the services solely for intended purposes.

Tuzidi undertakes to:
